Introduction

Airlock Valve,also named discharge valve,star discharger,cindervalve,is an important equipment for pneumatic conveying system and dust removal system.

1.Material falls onto the blades and rotates with the blades to the outlet under the airlock valve.Material can be discharged continuously.

The discharge valve is generally installed at the bottom of the dust ash hopper. Because of the impeller rotates, the dust impeller turns on the two side often without dust. So it is easy to make the air leakage. The ssh column in order to keep a certain height, and unloaded not empty. The best way is the material level signal facilities equipped inside the hopper, and a chain with discharge valve of the motor.
