Stirred Trough Lime Digester Machine
Stirred tank type lime digesting machine (ashing machine) is mainly used to digest the quicklime into slaked lime power.It can also digest the quicklime into lime milk.It is divided into two types:uniaxial stirring tank body,a strring shaft,a wear-resistant stirring blade,a apraying device,a dust removing device and the like .
The main feature of the lime digesting machine(ashing machine) is that when the spraying device sprays the quicklime inthe stirring tank according to a certain amount of water supply,the lime is stirried in the stirring tank through the rotation of the specially designed wear-resiitant stirring blade.Stir and gradually dissolve in water,digest,mature,and homogenize.The agitation blades also promote the forward movement of the hydrated lime power after digestion.The damper plate and the limit plate component in agitation tank ensure the digestion time of the quicklime,so that the quicklime is throughly digested.
