(1)Mist Eliminator Demister Filter
Operating Principle of Demister
Flue gas separates droplets away under the action of inertia force and gravity when passing bending channel of the demister. Then desulfurized flue gas flows through demister in a certain speed and changes running direction quickly and continuously. Droplets in the flue gas are captured while crashing into demister filter blades under the action of centrifugal force and inertial force.
(2). Structure Characteristics:
1. The shape of blade is like sine curve. The surface is smooth and easy to wash. These contribute to the reduction of blocking risk;
2. Blade adopts the hook, belt reinforcement design, which can hold up tiny droplets;
3. Blade is made by high-intensitive FRPP. The material is fine and close;
4. Maintenance of mist eliminator is convenient;
5. Design of drainage system is unique. It can completely drain intercepted grout.
(3) Rhombic Mist Eliminator
Basic principle: Flue gas separates droplets away under the action of inertia force and bending line when passing through the demister filter. Part of droplets in the flue gas are captured while crashing into demister filter blades under the action of centrifugal force and inertial force. The capturing efficiency of demister filter increases along with the increase of air velocity. This is because the high flow velocity and the big inertia force acting on the droplets are conducive to the separation of gas and liquid. However, flow velocity improvement will increase system resistance and energy consumption. Meanwhile, the increase of flow velocity has certain limits because over-high flow velocity will cause water, thereby reducing demisting efficiency.
(4) Weir Type Mist Eliminator
Weir type demister filter and tubular mist eliminator are decorated in the upper part of absorption tower. The equipment contains a layer of weir type mist eliminator and a layer of tubular demister filter as well as three layers of flushing device.
The mist tubular eliminator on the first layer removes coarse particle fog drops and the weir type demister on the second layer removes fine particle fog drops.
Flushing system including: nozzle, pipeline, pipe clamp, etc.
