Drift Eliminator Demister and tubular Mist Eliminator are decorated in the upper part of absorption tower. The demister contains a layer of weir type demister and a layer of tubular mist eliminator as well as three layers of flushing device. The mist tubular eliminator on the first layer removes coarse particle fog drops and the weir type mist eliminator on the second layer removes fine particle fog drops.

 Spray scrubber system including: nozzle, pipeline, pipe clamp, etc. Water pipe of demister is made by anti-corrosive carbon steel or stainless steel and the nozzle is made of 316L. The layout form of flushing pipe is the top and bottom side of the first-degree drift eliminator and bottom side of the second-degree drift eliminator. 200% flushing water spray overlap rate ensures demister run with low resistance. Critical separation size of drift eliminator demister: 15 -30um for second level, 20-30um for first level.

A: 30% T/T in advance ,60% before shippment. Another 10% after the device have operated for one month.
