Dust extraction system is the main equipment to absorb sulfur dioxide (SO2), including single tower, twin towers, integrated tower and so on. This kind of tower has advantages of high desulphurization efficiency, little resistance, high adaptability and availability. Dust extraction system is dominated tower among the gas desulphurization process.
Single industrial Dust Extraction
Single Desulphurization Dust Extraction is made of carbon steel and lined with granite. Several modules are separated and assembled at site. (Or made as a whole steel-made tower and lined with granite.) Inside devices include three-level spray systems, two-level baffle demisters and three-level backwash spray equipments. The efficiency to get rid of SO2 can be up to 90%.
Main-Vice industrial Dust Extraction
Main-vice Desulphurization Dust Extraction is made of carbon steel and lined with granite. Several modules are separated and assembled at site. (Or made as a whole steel-made tower and lined with granite.) The gas after dedusting enters into the desulphurization tower, and the SO2 containing in the flue gas is purified due to neutralization reaction. The vice tower has the function of dehydration in order to protect the ID fan, flue and chimney that connected after the vice tower.
Integrated Industrial Dust Extraction
Integrated Desulphurization Dust Extraction is made of carbon steel and lined with flake resin (or granite). The tower can be manufactured in the factory and transport as a whole if the diameter of the equipment is below 5.5m; while the diameter of the equipment is above 5.5m, the tower should be manufactured at site. The integrated desulphurization Wet Scrubber has the advantages of lightweight and short period.
Installation Materials
1.Acid-proof mortar (yellow) ,glassy water(transparent liquid), furan powder(black), furan resin (black liquid), the above installation accessories will all be delivered from my company together with equipment. 2.Acid-proof cement: 25kg/bag, equipped with 1kg curing agent, mixing evenly after opening.
Desulphurization spray system is based on the upper part of the dust extraction, the absorption tower slurry circulating pump corresponding to each spray layer. The nozzle configuration of spray layer is simulated designed by professional software in order to ensure good contact with alkali and acid reverse gas reaction; and finally reach purification effects. Demister installs in the upper desulphurization system, a total of two levels. The net is used to separate the entrainment of flue gas cloud droplets, and droplet concentration in flue gas export from Mist Eliminator is less than 75 mg/Nm3 (dry basis). At the same time, the equipment also has spray washing device to the tiny dust particles adhesion and desulphurization of flue gas crystallization on the demister system resistance increases.
