Technological Process of the Scrubber Machine

1. Small boiler Reconstruction, covers less area;

2. No catalyst consumption, low operation cost;

3. Simple system, automatic control, safe and reliable;

4. Do not change the furnace structure and operating conditions, no increase in flue gas                   resistance, small effects on boiler;

5. Do not use the catalyst, SO₂ in flue gas is not converted to SO₃, avoiding the corrosion and         clogging of ammonium sulfate and ammonium hydrogen sulfate in heating surface.

Main Technical Indicators  of the Scrubber Machine

1. Denitration efficiency of the scrubber machine: 40%- 70%;

2. Reductive ammonia oxygen ratio: 1.0-1.5;

3. Amount of escaping ammonia: < 5ppm.
