Environmentally Friendly gas ammonia scrubber system

Gas Scrubber is the main equipment to absorb sulfur dioxide (SO2), including single tower, twin towers, integrated tower and so on. This kind of tower has advantages of high desulphurization efficiency, little resistance, high adaptability and availability. Spray desulphurization tower is dominated tower among the gas desulphurization process.

Types of industrial air Scrubber:

 • Single Desulphurization Air Scrubber 

• Main-Vice Desulphurization Air Scrubber

 • Integrated Desulphurization Air Scrubber 

Desulphurization spray layer is based on the upper part of the tower, the absorption tower slurry circulating pump corresponding to each spray layer. The nozzle configuration of spray layer is simulated designed by professional software in order to ensure good contact with alkali and acid reverse gas reaction; and finally reach purification effects. Demister installs in the upper desulphurization tower, a total of two levels. The net is used to separate the entrainment of flue gas cloud droplets, and droplet concentration in flue gas export from Mist Eliminator is less than 75 mg/Nm3 (dry basis). At the same time, the equipment also has spray washing device to the tiny dust particles adhesion and desulphurization of flue gas crystallization on the demister system resistance increases.

1.Tower should operate under the water state in case of affecting its service life.
2.When designing mist eliminator system, the effect of flying ash concentration in the inlet of FGD device should be taken into consideration. The system should also include water flushing and drainage system which can clean up sediments in the mist eliminator. The sediments can be cleaned up automatically or by man. Flushing water is process water.
3.Water quality of desulfurization liquid should be promised. Filter must be installed in main circulation pump to prevent impurity particle and massive slurry from entering into spray system and avoid pipe wear and nozzle clogging.
4.According to technological requirements of desulfurization, PH value of liquid should be controlled efficiently in case that basic supersaturation of liquid causes crystallization. If superacidity will reduce the efficiency of desulfurization and affect service life of corrosion-resistant materials.
5.For the normal combustion of furnace and the normal operation of desulfurization Dust Collector, operators need to strictly implement the following steps:
Spray desulfurization equipment will be used for desulfurization process in this system.

1. Firstly, please turn on pump, turn off the door of induced fan, reduce current. Then, open the door of the fan when the fan operates normally. At last, when there is water overflowing at the outlet of water spray tower, please turn on the induced fan.
2. When operating, please observe the operation of water supply system and ensure water supply even and normal.
3. When operating, it is not allowed that there is no water in cylinder. Please check whether the outlet of ash water is smooth regularly and observe the temperature of flue gas and resistance of system.
4. When operating, PH value of water in tank should be tested regularly, when PH value is less than 7, alkali matter should be added to ensure the PH value of circulating water.
5. According to the amount of ash, mist eliminator backwash pump does not need to operate for a long time, it should be controlled well.
6. Water level in processing water tank should be normal before turning on backwash pump. Water level in circulating water tank should be normal before turning on circulating water pump as well. If the water level cannot achieve the requirement, please start clarified water pump so that water in processing tank can flow into circulating tank, as a result, water level in processing water tank is of importance.
7. When turn off device, please turn off induced fan firstly and then water pump.
8. If the device has been rested for a long time, there is necessary to drain water in water pipe and tower and clean up the ash in Multi Cyclone Dust Collector.
