Venturi Strucure Scrubber To Remove Waste Gas like SO2

LP Spray Desfurization Tower uses technologies of jet flow, dehydration and demisting, which equips with the functions of dust removing and desulfurization.

LP Spray Desfurization Tower mainly consists of barrel body, spray atomizing device, dehydration Mist Eliminator, back purge system，spillway hole and cleaning hole.

Principle: The flue gases containing dust and sulfur oxide enter the barrel body through inlet flue. Alkaline water (contains [OH-]) sprays from upper, middle and bottom part of desfurization tower through spiral nozzles. It forms several rows of reverse high-speed atomized spray against the flue gas, which increases the collision probability between sulfur oxides and water to ensure the effectiveness of dust removing and desfurization. The waste of desfurization flows to the bottom of desfurization tower with water, and it is discharged form the spillway hole. A water seal tank is equipped at the bottom of barrel body to prevent the flue gas leaking from the bottom. The cleaning hole at the bottom of body is convenient for bottom body cleaning. The waste water is discharged into sedimentation tank from spillway hole. Then neutralization and precipitation happen in the tank, and the products can be recycled and reused. The gas after purification and demisting is discharged from the upper body to meet the goal of dust removing and desurfurizaiton. 

Main technical characteristics and parameters

Dust emission concentration: ≤200mg/m3;

Sulfur dioxide concentration: ≤200mg/m3;

Under the normal operation of boiler, it meets the requirement of water quality and pH value: 9-11. It also reaches the national boil emission standard of air pollutants (GB13271-2001), the second zone II period emission standard (or regional emission standard)

Desulfurization Process

Na-Ca double alkali desulfurization uses Na2CO3 or NaOH as the first alkali to absorb SO2 and NOX in the flue gas. Lime or limestone as second alkali to treat absorption liquid, and then it can be recycled and reused again. When the pH value of absorption liquid decreases fewer than 4.4, fresh alkali should be added. 

When the concentration of the solution that containing impurity in the circulating pool increases, Sedimentation tank should be replaced, and cleaning should be done as well.
